Transforming the brand’s approach to Paid Search
Viking is the UK’s leading office supply company. Viking approached iTonixs looking to enhance their Google shopping campaigns. What resulted in this was a full review of there Search campaigns and a complete overhaul of the campaign structures and setup.
The brand approached us for support with search optimisation but it soon became apparent that SEO was not the service that would deliver their ambitious brand goals.
What followed was a complete brand redesign, incorporating clearer customer propositions, new USPs, extensive user experience testing and a brand new site development.
Due to 100,000s of products Viking have listed on their website keeping the product feed well optimized and set up was previously a very big challenge for the client. However, utilizing our proprietor technology we were able to create an automated solution that would scrap the Viking website 4 times a day and optimize product title and descriptions to ensure maximum exposure within the search results listing page.
We also took this opportunity to add advance custom labels within the product listing ads where we can add additional details for optimization purposes such as price brackets, and profit margin groupings allowing us to focus the majority of our PPC budget via the most profitable product items.
Alongside our advanced technology, we also restructure the normal keyword campaigns to ensure they were set up to best practice standards and had the best chance of competing and converting in a very competitive marketplace.

The new product feed titles and segmentation delivered immediate results, with visible uplifts in traffic, sales & ROI.
In the first month of managing the shopping feed we are able to deliver an increase of 156% in sales and at the same time cut average cost per click by 89%, as a result we were also able to increase ROI by 143%.
