Zoho approached iTonixs due to stagnation of growth and an increasing cost-per-signup month-on-month, with particular issues in their core markets of the US, UK & Canada. Key issues for Zoho was creating a highly efficient granular account structure, fully optimised to drive conversions due to a legacy account which hadn’t been properly managed and upgraded with each innovation in the search space. Secondly Zoho had difficulty reporting performance globally using engine conversion data and onsite purchases, upgrades, downgrades and a constantly changing life-time-value of a user.
We started by conducting a full audit of Zoho’s CRM PPC account and quickly identified some major structurally issues including site extensions & match-type setups. In additional due to the size of the account many keywords where not getting regular bid optimisation. Our strategy was to completely restructure the English language campaigns to best-practice standard and then role this out globally using our in-house native speakers. We also introduced a real-time reporting dashboard with the ability to cut data in any myriad of ways. This allowed us to quickly identify opportunities for scale and push out more aggressively in key growth markets such as Brazil & Russia.
We also were able to create reporting dashboards for each country allowing us to quickly identify trends and areas where we need to focus or reduce budget on any given month. This resulted in a 40% reduction in CPA and an increase in conversions of 220%.
